From the first concept sketch to full production in our 100,000 sq ft ICAD factory, every structure, stand and experience zone is shaped by 200+ specialists who live and breathe events. Design, joinery, metalwork, printing, furniture and AV sit under one roof, so timelines are shorter, quality is controlled and there is one accountable team from brief to dismantling.

Every stage happens inside Al Saif Graphics. No subcontractor chains, no lost details.

Brief

We listen: objectives, audience, venue, budget band and deadline.

Design

Concept, 3D renders and walkthroughs until the design is approved.

Engineer

Shop drawings, structural and electrical plans, venue approvals.

Build

Production and pre-assembly in our ICAD 3 facility.

Deliver

Install, test, hand over and support you during the show.

Joinery workshop

CNC and hand joinery for walls, counters, raised floors, staircases and bespoke furniture.

Metal fabrication

Steel and aluminium frames, double-decker structures, trusses and railings, welded and finished in-house.

Large-format printing

Roll-to-roll and flatbed printing, backlit fabric, vinyl, rigid media and finishing.

Furniture production

Custom and rental furniture, upholstery and finishing for stands, events and interiors.

AV, LED & lighting

LED walls, displays, sound and lighting inventory with technicians for install and operation.

Logistics & installation

Own transport, storage and trained installation crews for venues across the UAE.
