Before you brief us.
How early should we brief you for an exhibition stand?
For custom stands we recommend 8 to 12 weeks before the show; double-decker stands need longer for engineering and venue approvals. Contact us anyway if your deadline is closer: our in-house production often makes short timelines possible.
Do you build double-decker stands?
Yes. Two-storey stands are a core specialty. We handle structural engineering, venue certification, staircases, glass railings and upper-deck services.
Which venues do you work in?
We regularly build at ADNEC and other Abu Dhabi venues, Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and Sharjah Expo Centre, and we deliver events across the UAE.
Can you provide a quote from a sketch or floor plan?
Yes. Send us your stand location, dimensions, storeys, a budget range and any references through the quote form, and we will come back with questions or a proposal.
Do you rent AV and furniture to other agencies?
Yes, our rental division serves agencies and organisers as well as our own projects.
